"Pottery with Personality"

Yvonne Bauer

Attainable art began in 2000, Yvonne has always been fascinated by pottery and all the methods used to create it.

The technique of hand-building allows her to take advantage of the clays ability to capture gesture and movement, and the unplanned occurrences that happen in the raku kiln reflect the warmth and spirit of the occasion.

She enjoys the rhythm of a potters life where the work never stops and each piece created goes out into the lives of those who chose them, leaving her with feelings of deep gratitude!

"I feel an instinctual urge to create with clay"

Yvonne & Kelly invite you to browse their Gallery of raku pottery featuring marine and other animals, each individually created with their own unique personality!
Makes a great gift!

Kelly Kelland

Kelly's life with clay began a little differently.

Instead of sculpting things out of clay she was playing on it!! - earning a softball scholarship to Ohio State University along with a teaching degree.

Her dream came true to compete in the Olympics for Team Canada's national team. From there she hung up her cleats and glove.

Now spending her time doing all the rakuing for Attainable Art as well as selling and promoting product at art shows and stocking the 12 galleries that showcase our work!!
